Required Documents
The following documents are required when depositing funds into your RoboMarkets24 trading account:
A valid copy of your passport or government-issued ID with a signature
A copy of the payment card used (front with the last 4 digits, back with the CVV code covered)
A recent utility bill with your full name and home address
A signed summary of your online transaction history
When Do Documents Need to Be Submitted?
The required verification documents must be submitted before requesting a withdrawal.
In certain cases, RoboMarkets24 may also request these documents before approving deposits, trading activities, or other account actions.
If the documents are not submitted, withdrawal requests will be canceled and the funds returned to your trading account. In such cases, you will be notified via your account’s internal messaging system.
