Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

To trade profitable investment opportunities, RoboMarkets24 clients must deposit funds into their online account. Profits can be withdrawn from the online account.
Deposits and withdrawals are governed by this WD Policy and the generally applicable Terms and Conditions.

Deposits
You, as a client, must make all deposits from one source (e.g., a single bank account). If you wish to begin trading, ensure that this account is located in your country of residence and is in your name. To verify the authenticity of a SWIFT confirmation, it must be sent to RoboMarkets24 to confirm the origin of the funds used for trading. Failure to comply with this WD Policy may prevent you from making deposits via bank transfer. If you have not logged in and traded from your account within six (6) months (the “Dormant Account”), a 10% amount will be deducted monthly from your Dormant Account (the “Dormant Fee”).

Withdrawals
In accordance with generally accepted anti-money laundering rules and regulations, withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or credit/debit card that you used for the deposit.
Unless we agree otherwise, withdrawals from the account may only be made in the same currency in which the respective deposit was made.

If you deposit or withdraw funds for trading purposes using alternative payment methods, you should be aware that additional fees and restrictions may apply. Withdrawals are subject to processing and handling fees. These fees will be deducted from the transferred amount. The fee schedule is available on RoboMarkets24.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, RoboMarkets24 may process withdrawals to an institution other than the one used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering regulations.


In addition, withdrawals may require the client to provide additional information and documentation.

Withdrawal Fees
A transaction fee of the following amounts is charged for withdrawals:
50.00 USD/GBP/EURO for electronic transfers; 25.00 USD/GBP/EURO for credit cards, plus a processing fee of 10.00 USD/7.00 EUR/5.00 GBP; 25.00 USD/GBP/EURO for electronic payments. For withdrawals from accounts with less than 200 turnover and/or from unverified accounts, a fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount is charged.
The minimum withdrawal amount for electronic transfers is 250.00 USD/GBP/EURO. For other methods, the minimum withdrawal amount is 100.00 USD/GBP/EURO. These fees do not include the transaction fee. For example, if a minimum withdrawal amount of $250 is requested via bank transfer, a $50 transaction fee will apply.
Fees may vary depending on RoboMarkets24’s processing system and/or bank.

Undeposited Funds

Funds appearing in the Client Account may include agreed or discretionary bonuses and rewards, as well as other amounts not directly deposited by the Client or earned through trading with actually deposited funds (“Undeposited Funds”). Please note that undeposited funds cannot be withdrawn unless expressly agreed otherwise. Due to technical limitations, undeposited funds may be allocated to the Client Account in certain cases (e.g., to facilitate the closure of positions or an over-leveraged account).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, bonuses granted to the Client by RoboMarkets24 can only be withdrawn subject to a minimum trading volume of 25 times the deposit amount plus the granted bonus (“Minimum Trading Volume”).
Submitting a Withdrawal Request

To process your withdrawal request, you must:

• Open a withdrawal request in the Client Area.
• Print the [withdrawal.pdf] form. The client logs into their account via the website, clicks “Withdrawal,” enters the required information, and completes the withdrawal form.
• Sign the printed form.
• To proceed with the withdrawal, all compliance documents must be received and approved by RoboMarkets24’s Compliance Officer.
• The beneficiary’s name must match the name on the trading account. Requests to transfer funds to third parties will not be processed.

IMPORTANT: The account holder must regularly monitor their account and ensure that there is available margin on the account before submitting this request, as such a withdrawal may impact existing open positions or the trading strategy used.

Typical Withdrawal Processing Time

The time it takes for funds to arrive on your credit card or bank account used to deposit funds may vary (usually up to five business days). Please note that withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer due to additional security measures.
RoboMarkets24 typically processes requests within two to five business days of receipt. To avoid delays, please review your details carefully before submitting your request. RoboMarkets24 assumes no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies made by the account holder. Processing of such withdrawals takes three to five business days. RoboMarkets24 cannot monitor the internal processes of the client’s credit card company or bank and is not responsible for them in any way. The client must independently verify with the credit card or bank.
The amount will be credited to your credit card account once your credit card provider has debited the funds from our account. This process may take two to 14 business days or longer to appear on your credit card balance. If you don’t have online access to your credit card, the amount should appear on your next statement(s), depending on your card’s billing cycle.
Please note that we are not bound by any timeframe, and any additional third-party fees will be deducted from the deposit or withdrawal.
Additional fees: If the receiving bank uses an intermediary to send/receive funds, additional intermediary fees may apply. These fees are typically charged for the transfer to your bank. RoboMarkets24 is not involved in or has any control over these additional fees. Please contact your financial institution for further information.

Credit/Debit Cards

For credit card deposits, if you choose an account in a currency other than USD (US dollars), your credit card will be charged according to the deposited amount and the applicable exchange rates. Additional credit card fees may apply in addition to the deposited amount (therefore, in such cases, there may be discrepancies between the deposited amount and the amount charged). Customers must accept these minor discrepancies and will not issue chargebacks.

If you used a credit card to deposit funds, traded online, and decide to withdraw your winnings, the same credit card must be used.

Withdrawals by credit card are only possible up to an amount equal to or less than the amount deposited by credit card. Larger amounts must be transferred to a bank account via wire transfer.

Currency

Your account may contain multiple currencies. These are subject to the following conditions:
We may accept payments to the account in different currencies, and all payments to or from us, as well as all net balances on the account, will be reported by us in the relevant currency. The account is held in US dollars, euros, or British pounds (“Base Currencies”), and any other currency is converted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of conversion (“Exchange Rate”). If the client sends funds in a currency other than the currency of their account, we will apply an exchange rate at our discretion.
We generally settle trades in the relevant currency or make any necessary offsets and deductions in the relevant currency, provided the account contains a corresponding currency ledger. However, if the currency balance is insufficient, we may settle trades in any currency using the exchange rate.

Please note that the use of the Website and Services is subject to the Terms and Conditions, which may be amended by RoboMarkets24 from time to time at its sole discretion.

Refund and Return Policy

The Refund Policy was developed with the aim of reducing the Company’s financial and legal risks and complying with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism principles.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally block access to the secure Client Area, suspend trading activity on all accounts held by the Trader, cancel a transfer/withdrawal request, or issue a refund if the origin of the funds or the Client’s activities violate the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Policies.

The Company does not cancel completed trading transactions and therefore reserves the right to return the funds to the sender if no trading activity has been recorded on the trading accounts within one month from the date of top-up.

 

The Company reserves the right to refund funds received via any payment system, including credit/debit cards, for certain objective reasons and if necessary. The refund will be made to the electronic wallets and bank details used by the Client when making the deposit.

If the Company determines that the Client’s activities are inappropriate or contrary to the usual purpose of using the Company’s services, with direct or indirect, illegal, or dishonest intent, the Company reserves the right to act within the scope of this document without prior notice to the Client. All direct or indirect losses and costs associated with the transfer will be reimbursed to the Company from the Client’s funds.

When topping up a trading account using any card (e.g., credit card, debit card, prepaid card), the Client agrees not to request a chargeback of the amount already credited to the trading account or from the credit/debit card provider, either during or after using the Company’s services. Any such attempt will be considered a breach of the Terms of Use by the Company, for which the Customer may be held liable under national law. Should the Company nevertheless cancel the transaction, we reserve the right to block access to the secure Customer Area, freeze the Customer’s current balance, and refund the amount to the Customer’s account after payment of all services and fees.
