You are obligated to notify us immediately of any material changes to the information provided in your application form. If your application is accepted, we will open an account for you and provide you with a user ID and account number.
You must not disclose this information to third parties. If you suspect that this information is known to third parties, please notify us immediately.
You will assist us in investigating any misuse of your account. You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to confirm or verify the identity of anyone using or citing your account.
You acknowledge that we are entitled (but not obliged) to make payments owed to you for all amounts into a single account.
We may (but are not obliged) to agree to transfer funds to different bank accounts. Notwithstanding this Agreement, we shall not be liable for errors in the amount of the transfer, provided that the total amount transferred pursuant to this Agreement is correct. The funds appearing in the Client Account may include agreed or voluntary bonuses and incentives or other amounts not directly deposited by the Client or earned by trading with actually deposited funds (“Undeposited Funds”). Please note that Undeposited Funds cannot be withdrawn immediately unless expressly agreed otherwise. Due to technical limitations, Undeposited Funds may, in certain cases, be allocated to the Client Account (e.g., to technically facilitate the closure of positions or an over-leveraged account). Undeposited funds, including any profits earned or derived from them, are not Client funds. If a withdrawal of undeposited funds has been confirmed, RoboMarkets24 has the absolute right to reclaim all such funds. Further agreements: In addition to the above, and without limiting the generality of this clause: You confirm that the bank account details are complete and correct and that you will notify us immediately if they change and provide us with any documentation requested by us regarding the changed bank account; You confirm that the bank account (unless otherwise agreed by us) is a bank account opened in your primary country of residence; You acknowledge and accept that we are not obliged to transfer funds to or accept funds from any account other than the Bank Account. Except in the case of fraud (which does not include fraud by third parties), we assume no responsibility for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of trading with funds that were mistakenly deposited or credited to your account by us or on our behalf. We reserve the right to close or block your account at any time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. We expressly acknowledge that RoboMarkets24 reserves the right to change the margin allowed per trade due to market volatility without prior notice. Multiple Accounts: Unless expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, if you have more than one account with us, each account will be treated completely separately. Therefore, a credit to one account (including amounts deposited as margin) will not relieve you of your liabilities with respect to any other account unless we exercise our rights under this Agreement. Joint Accounts/Beneficiaries: If an account is owned by multiple users or by a corporation, firm, partnership, or other legal entity, all beneficiaries or signatories must consent to a withdrawal. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY (WD POLICY) To trade profitable investment opportunities, RoboMarkets24 clients must deposit funds into their online account. Profits may be withdrawn from the online account. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to these WD Policies as well as the generally applicable Terms and Conditions. DEPOSITS You, the client, must make all deposits from one source (e.g., a single bank account). If you wish to start trading, please ensure that this account is located in your country of residence and is in your name. To confirm the authenticity of a SWIFT confirmation, it must be sent to RoboMarkets24 to confirm the origin of the funds used for trading. Failure to comply with these WD Policies may prevent you from making deposits via bank transfer. If you have not logged in and traded from your account within three (3) months, your account will be charged 10% monthly. WITHDRAWALS According to generally accepted rules and regulations, withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or credit/debit card that you used to make the deposit. Unless we agree otherwise, withdrawals from the account may only be made in the same currency in which the respective deposit was made. When depositing or withdrawing funds for trading purposes using alternative payment methods, please be aware that additional fees and restrictions may apply. Withdrawals are subject to processing and handling fees. These fees will be deducted from the transferred withdrawal amount. The fee schedule is available on RoboMarkets24. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RoboMarkets24 may process withdrawals to an institution other than the one used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering regulations. Furthermore, the Client may be required to provide additional information and documents when making withdrawals. UNDESPOKEN FUNDS: Funds appearing in the Client’s account may include agreed or discretionary bonuses and incentives, or other amounts not directly deposited by the Client or earned by trading with actually deposited funds (“Undesposited Funds”). Please note that Undesposited Funds are not available for withdrawal unless expressly agreed otherwise. Furthermore, due to technical limitations, undeposited funds may be credited to the Client’s account in certain cases (e.g., to technically facilitate the closing of positions or an over-leveraged account). Notwithstanding the foregoing, bonuses granted by RoboMarkets24 to the Client can only be withdrawn upon execution of a minimum trading volume equal to 30 times the deposit amount plus the granted bonus (“Minimum Trading Volume”).
SUBMITTING A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST To process your withdrawal request, you must: Print the form [withdrawal.pdf]. The client logs into their account via the website, clicks “Withdrawal,” enters the information, and completes the withdrawal form. Sign the printed form. Email the form to us as a scanned image (JPG, GIF, PNG, non-password-protected PDF). All compliance documents must be received and approved by RoboMarkets24’s Compliance Officer for the withdrawal to proceed. The beneficiary’s name must match the name on the trading account. Requests to transfer funds to third parties will not be processed. Important: The account holder must regularly monitor their account and ensure that there is available margin on the account before submitting this request, as such a withdrawal may impact existing open positions or the trading strategy used.
TYPICAL WITHDRAWAL PROCESSING TIME The time it takes for funds to appear on your credit card or bank account used for the deposit may vary (usually up to five business days). Please note that withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer due to additional security procedures. RoboMarkets24 typically processes requests within two to five business days of receipt. To avoid delays, please review your details carefully before submitting your request. RoboMarkets24 assumes no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies made by the account holder. Such withdrawals will take three to five business days to process. RoboMarkets24 cannot monitor the internal procedures of the client’s credit card company or bank and is not responsible for them in any way. The client must independently verify with the credit card or bank. The funds will be credited to your credit card account once your credit card company has debited the funds from our account. This process may take two to 14 business days or more to appear on your credit card account balance. If you do not have online access to your credit card, it should appear on your next statement(s) based on your card’s billing cycle. Please note that we are not bound by any timeframe, and any additional fees charged by third parties will be deducted from the deposit or withdrawal, as appropriate. Additional Fees: If the receiving bank uses an intermediary bank to send/receive funds, additional intermediary bank fees may apply. These fees are typically charged for transmitting the transfer on behalf of your bank. RoboMarkets24 is not involved in these additional fees and has no control over them. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: For credit card deposits, if you choose an account in a currency other than USD (US dollars), your credit card will be duly charged according to the deposited amount and the applicable exchange rates. In addition to the deposited exchange amount, other credit card fees may apply (in such cases, there may be a discrepancy between the deposited amount and the amount debited to your credit card). Customers must accept these minor variations and will not initiate chargebacks. If you used a credit card for deposits, online trading, and withdrawals of your winnings, the same credit card must be used. Withdrawals per credit card are only permitted up to the amount deposited with the credit card, or a lesser amount. Larger amounts must be made via bank transfer. CURRENCY: Your account may contain multiple currencies.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY [AUP] Important: You are hereby notified that any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or any other manipulation, misuse, or exploitation of RoboMarkets24’s publicly offered online trading services may result in significant financial and other damages to RoboMarkets24 and/or third parties, including other users and traders like you. RoboMarkets24 shall be entitled to seek all remedies available to it hereunder or at law, including injunctive relief. Notwithstanding the provisions of the following Acceptable Use Policy, the following activities are expressly prohibited and will be considered a material violation of the Terms of Service: Unauthorized automated access to the services and systems. Exploitation of trading latency. Coordinated trading across multiple accounts (including tandem trading). Any reverse engineering of the software or services. Scope of the AUP
1.1. The AUP applies to all systems and services offered by RoboMarkets24 without exception.
1.2. The AUP applies to everyone, including all clients, users, and visitors (“Users” or “you”).
1.3. The prohibited activities and uses listed in this AUP are not an exhaustive list. If you are unsure about any intended action, you should contact RoboMarkets24 immediately. Automated Access
2.1. Under no circumstances may you use any software that automatically accesses or operates RoboMarkets24’s systems, websites, or systems unless such software is officially provided by RoboMarkets24. Prohibited Activities
3.1. RoboMarkets24 will not use its systems in the following ways and will take reasonable measures to ensure that no user or third party uses them in the following ways:
3.1.1. Fraudulently or in connection with a criminal offense.
3.1.2. Sending, knowingly receiving, uploading, downloading, or using any material that is offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, or threatening, or that violates copyright, confidence, privacy, and/or any other rights.
3.1.3. Causing annoyance, inconvenience, or anxiety.
3.1.4. Sending or providing spam or unsolicited advertising or promotional material, or knowingly receiving replies to spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material sent or provided by third parties.
3.1.5. In any way that, in RoboMarkets24’s reasonable opinion, is or may be detrimental to the provision of the RoboMarkets24 Service to the Company or any of RoboMarkets24’s shareholders and/or affiliates and/or directors and/or attorneys and/or trustees and/or bankers and/or clients and/or business and/or reputation.
3.1.6. In violation of any third-party license or rights.
3.1.7. Attempting to disrupt any RoboMarkets24 service for any user, host, or similar includes, without limitation:
3.1.7.1. Flooding of networks;
3.1.7.2. Denial of Service (DOS) attacks of any kind;
3.1.7.3. Intentional attempts to overload a service and crash a host;
3.1.7.4. Any attempt to abuse, tamper with, or take advantage of a bug, software error, backdoor, or breach of security or latency differences;
3.1.7.5. Resale of services;
3.1.7.6. Any type of automated, cooperative, or multi-user operation (expressly including tandem trading) to circumvent or exploit the services or systems;
3.1.7.7. For the transmission of emails, code, or files containing computer viruses, corrupted data, Trojan horses, or tools that compromise the security of websites or user data. This expressly includes spyware and malware of any kind.
3.2. You acknowledge and agree that the list of prohibited activities in Clause
2.1 is non-exhaustive. RoboMarkets24 reserves the right to cancel any trade and/or withhold and offset funds and/or claim any monies or rights due to unacceptable use of its services, exploitation of bugs, or misuse of its systems.
3.3. You will not permit any person who is not a Client to use or access the System. You will not copy, distribute, publish, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, report on, or otherwise use the System, in whole or in part, for the use of any other person.
3.4. The trademarks and logos displayed in the system are registered trademarks of RoboMarkets24 and/or their respective owners. Use of these trademarks is permitted only with written consent. Network Security
4.1. You may not:
4.1.1. Violate or attempt to violate RoboMarkets24’s security, or attempt to disrupt or interfere with RoboMarkets24’s networks, authentication measures, servers, or equipment.
4.1.2. Attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account, including accessing data not intended for the recipient, logging into an unauthorized server, or probing the security of other networks.
4.1.3. Attempt to gain access to an account or computer resource not owned by you through the RoboMarkets24 system and/or services. Violation of this AUP
5.1. RoboMarkets24 reserves the right to take organizational, automated, and discretionary measures to ensure compliance with this AUP and all other rules and policies by all users.
5.2. Any right granted by RoboMarkets24 hereunder, including the right to impose a sanction, shall not constitute an obligation for RoboMarkets24 to exercise such right (or to impose such sanction) in any manner.
5.3. RoboMarkets24’s failure to exercise any right contained herein shall not be deemed a waiver of such right, including the imposition of a specific sanction.
5.4. RoboMarkets24 may deny any person access to the System and take all reasonable measures RoboMarkets24 deems necessary to prevent such access if RoboMarkets24 becomes aware of circumstances that give it reason to believe that a login is being misused.
5.5. If you or any other person violates any provision of this AUP, RoboMarkets24 may, without notice to RoboMarkets24 and without any liability to RoboMarkets24 and/or its clients and/or any other party:
5.5.1. Request clarifications, authentications, documentation, or other evidence or details relevant to an investigation.
5.5.2. Deny the client access to the system for good cause and at its sole discretion.
5.5.3. Repair, correct, and/or reverse client transactions to process a refund for and by RoboMarkets24 or third parties.
5.5.4. Set off, deduct, and/or seize funds and/or information at its sole discretion and in accordance with the law and/or a court order or the instructions of a competent investigative or law enforcement authority.
5.5.5. Suspend or terminate the use of RoboMarkets24’s systems and/or services. or
5.5.6. Take any action you deem appropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, RoboMarkets24’s exercise of its rights hereunder will not obligate RoboMarkets24 to compensate the User for any loss of access to the RoboMarkets24 system and service.
5.6. A breach of this AUP by any person who has only indirect access to the RoboMarkets24 service through you will be considered a breach by you, regardless of whether the breach occurred with your knowledge or consent. You are responsible for all actions of your clients to whom RoboMarkets24 makes its services available directly or indirectly.
5.7. RoboMarkets24 may cooperate with system administrators or other network or computer service providers to enforce this AUP or any policy of another provider.
5.8. RoboMarkets24 may involve, and will cooperate with, law enforcement authorities if it suspects criminal activity. Additional Terms Please note that this Policy is not exhaustive, and additional terms or requirements may apply at any time due to changes in technology, experience, regulations, and policies (including those aimed at preventing money laundering). This AUP may be modified at any time at RoboMarkets24’s sole discretion, and any changes will become effective upon posting on RoboMarkets24’s website or otherwise notifying RoboMarkets24. Please note that any use of the Site and Services is subject to the Terms and Conditions, which may be modified from time to time by RoboMarkets24 at its sole discretion.
